Onward Living highly commended in this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards

We are proud to have received a ‘highly commended’ award at this year’s First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards.

The First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards are some of the most acclaimed in the industry. The Awards are a fantastic annual celebration of the many initiatives and developments helping aspirational buyers get onto the housing ladder.

Onward Living was ‘highly commended’ in the category ‘Best New Development in the North’ for our Clifton Gardens development in Aigburth, Liverpool.

The ‘Best New Development in the North’ category recognises the exceptional range of new homes that stands out from the crowd whilst remaining accessible to first time buyers.

Our development, Clifton Gardens was an opportunity to diversify the existing housing offer and we are proud to have delivered 100% affordable housing on the scheme. Completed in September 2019, Clifton Gardens is the first shared ownership development in this area for a decade, giving local first-time buyers an opportunity to get on the property ladder.

Receiving this award is a testament to the hard work of all those involved, and we are excited to continue providing quality affordable homes to areas that need them most.
