New affordable homes launched near Southport

Onward Living has released a collection of new homes for sale at its highly anticipated Sandhills Park development in Scarisbrick, just outside Southport.

Conveniently situated on Southport Road, right next to Kew Retail Park, Sandhills Park will offer a range of detached and semi-detached 3-bedroom homes for shared ownership, designed to suit first-time buyers and growing families alike.

A total of 13 new shared ownership homes are available, starting from £78,750 for a 35% share, and can be purchased with a 5% deposit from as little as £3,938.

The shared ownership homes from Onward Living allow you to buy a percentage (between 35% and 75%) of your new home and pay rent on the rest. Onward Living owns the rest – but you’re living there, you decorate it, and you decide when to sell.

Buying a percentage means a smaller deposit and smaller mortgage. It’s a sooner first step on the ladder for lots of people. At this development you can also carry on buying shares, to own it 100%.

The homes at Sandhills Park are due for completion later this summer, and a show home will be available to view in June.
